FIFA 13 and Girls' Issues

Big problem for girls! September 28th is only matter of days and it seems that football fans around the world are 'preparing' themselves for the coming EA Sports' football game, FIFA 13. This twentieth-edition football game series probably will be a big hit this fall. The demo had racked up a spectacular number of around 2 million downloads only in around three days, and I'm pretty sure that most of whom are not disappointed with what they had seen in the demo. Unlike its big rival, PES 2013, FIFA 13's demo only consists of 6 teams, which are Borussia DortmundManchester CityJuventusA.C. Milan and Arsenal. However, from what I've heard about FIFA 13, EA Sports had made a big impact this time to improve their football-simulation series this year. Last year, for me it was Konami's year with their superb Pro Evolution Soccer 2012, but things may have changed this year. In this edition, the big surprise is the presence of the Saudi Professional League, in which lead to an increase of enthusiasm in the Middle East toward this game. Well, you can see a short review about this game below:

1st Touch Control

The 1st touch control this year will be better and more realistic than before. You will find it a bit harder and more complicated to receive a pass, slightly a poor pass, to be controlled in the first time. On the other side, defenders will find it more 'easy' to intercept the ball and to break down the attack, especially the likes of Pique, Vidic and Lahm. Probably you have to practice a lot before using Fleetwood Town in game against Barcelona.

Attacking Intelligence

For me this is one of the biggest problem I often faced when playing FIFA series. Attacking intelligence this year has been resolved so far, as players are getting much more smarter in analyzing the situation and in breaking down the defense. They finally 'open' their eyes to get through the rock solid defense in times. From what I had seen in the demo, I think players will have more opportunities to score a goal. Therefore, we can see more beautiful football in this edition with the upgraded attacking intelligence.

Complete Dribbling

When you are using the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, you will love this one. The complete dribbling will provide you with an amazing precise dribbling just like you are watching the real player. It will help you to be more creative in attack and to be more dangerous up-front. You can dodge tackles, hold up defenders and make some fantastic turns using your favorite player, but of course - another good point - EA also had done something with the defense to make it more realistic and balanced.

Career Mode

In conclusion, it's just another brilliant thing. EA have improved a lot in years with their Career Mode and it seems that this year's Career Mode will be the best ever. Now, you will be able to manage an international team, plus there are additions of international tournaments, together with their qualifications, which are equivalent to the World Cup, Confederations Cup, and the Euro. Plus, they are doing good with the transfer system. The additional of player in an offer is not a problem this time, agent inquiries and many more are also included to the transfer system, all thanks to EA.

These four are only a small part of FIFA 13, they also have some other new features like the EA Sports Match Day in which you can 'update' the squad for every matchday together with the amazing commentary talking about player's injuries, real world standings, etc. and their newly promoted Skill Games to replace the arena session where you can practice your skill in the game. So girls, big problem for you, this weekend the boys will be sitting in front of their TV holding their joysticks and shouting crazily to their 'magic box'...
