Four Days in the Life

Well, Anglo Chinese School is a big school, the tour guide said that it's one of the best school in Singapore. Monday, 11st of April, 2011, was the very first day for me to see that school. I and two of my friends, Owen and David, were fixed together in the same class, 1.11 Timothy. We had a lot of friends right there, they are friendly to us from the very first day, especially the chairman of that class. The three of us studied there, we followed the school from 07:30 until 02.40 A.M. The classmates helped us when we were there from Monday-Thursday. They always gave us their best, also the teacher, they're nice to us. Well, I would like to say that I enjoy my time there. We didn't have any homework/test like in Bandung, hahaha..It was very exciting, so we could enjoy our trip.

I met the Merlion!

Everybody were ready, and I could see some of us were laughing, smiling, and the others were still in a sleepy face. We came into the bus and left our school at around 3 A.M. In the bus, we were given snacks. After I finished eat 'em, I putted on my iPod and started to listen to it. On the way, I saw that the highways were dark. We arrived in Jakarta, at around 5 o'clock in the morning. We took all of our belongings out from the bus and entered the airport for check-in, etc. After that, we were given our passport by the teachers, we had to keep it. We waited for sometime, and it was our time to boarding. We used Air Asia, where were we going? It was Singapore. Most of us couldn't sit well during the flight, some of us walked constantly. As soon as we landed in Changi Airport, we took our baggage and some of us, including me, bought a SIM-card to be used in Singapore.

At Dawn..

April 10th, 2011, it was around 2:20 A.M., everybody still lied on their bed, but I didn't, I woke up, washed my face, and then brushed my teeth. I changed my clothes, and used my socks and shoes. It was the day when it began. I started to check my belongings and found that there was nothing left. So, I was ready to leaving home and moving. My father drove me to school. Bandung was still dark and quiet that time. When we arrived at school, I opened the door and stepped out from the car, carried my backpack, also brought my suitcase. There, I met my friends, from my class, 7A, and two classes next door, 8A and 7B. We were ready to go to Singapore!

"Yellow Submarine" Remake

In August 2009, it was reported by Variety that Disney and Robert Zemeckis will remake "Yellow Submarine", a film 1968 British animated feature film based on the music of The Beatles, with a 3D computer animation. It  is hoped that it will be released in time for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. About one month later, on 11 September 2009, Disney and Apple Corps Ltd. officially announced the remake at the inaugural D23 Expo. Some of the Beatlemania thought that it's a bad idea. After long time no news, suddenly, Disney dropped out of the project, they don't want to continue it anymore. They announced it on March 14, 2011. It's a shocking news for me. I was happy when I saw that they would like to remake it and make it with a 3D computer animation. But, suddenly Disney dropped out.

Pepperland - George Martin

Well, a few days ago, I listened to a song called "Pepperland - George Martin". It's an instrumental song, and I found something, it's nice. In that night, I listened to my iPod, and it's been a long time I'm not listening to The Beatles. So, I chose to play their songs, because I have all of their songs from every album. And then, I chose the "Yellow Submarine" album, and started to listen. When I listened to that song, I started to like it. I want to play it, but when I browse the net, I found nothing, there is no tabs of that song. Well, I have to learn it by myself, but I don't have time to do it right now, maybe later..

The Legendary Barney

Maybe you won't recognize him. Actually, he's just a fictional character in "How I Met Your Mother?", a TV-comedy program in CBS. I like his habits. He likes to say a lot of things, such as "WADDUP?", "I'm awesome", "Suit up!", "It's gonna be legendary", etc. It's funny, and sometimes I like to follow his habits with my friend. Well, it's exciting..

Impression on Sungha Jung

Well, I just watched a young guitarist on Youtube, called Sungha Jung. Maybe some of you have already knew before about him. He's a Korean. He was born in 1996, and if I'm not mistaken, he learned guitar at the age of 10. Now, he's famous enough. He has been playing in a lot of concert, one of them is a concert with Mr. Big. The first video that I watched is I'm Yours, when I saw it, I got impressed on his talent. For me, that's really cool. After that, I tried to play it like what he did, but as you know, it's quite hard. I hope someday I can play like him, even better than him. And there'll be SUNGHA JO! Hahahaha..XD

April Mop/Fools Day

On the first day of April 2011, as you know, it's April Mop, or also known as April Fools Day. Usually people get fooled by someone, or the opposite of it. I always want to take part on that day also. But, for me, the last April Mop wasn't special and it was quite boring for me. I couldn't fool anybody. When my friends asked me to help them, I was so interested. So, I helped them, but until the night, that people didn't give any respond to us, so I conclude it as a FAILURE..
